To change your life.

To begin you have to ask yourself what do you want out of life.

Close your eyes and imagine that you have everything you desire.  What type of emotions do you feel? 

You will need to provide clear concise statements.  Write them down and memorize them. You will need to refer to this throughout your discovery.

Never- ending improvement has to be applied to all aspects of life.  Reading is fundamental. We can read many books, but if we do not exercise and act upon what is read and comprehended, then this knowledge is useless unless action is taken. Unless action is applied, our acquired knowledge will deteriorate into decaying and rotting material. The body is like a machine anything taken in must be used or it is excreted out as waste.  We require fuel for the production of energy, this energy is harnessed to cause actions.
